History
The idea of GiantMouse was born over drinks during a US knife show in 2015. Renowned Danish designers/knifemakers Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnaes (Vox), along with their American entrepreneur friend Jim Wirth, decided to create a brand combining innovative design, exceptional production quality, and fair pricing. Wirth became CEO of GiantMouse LLC, based in Michigan, while Ansø and Voxnaes brought their Danish expertise. Jesper and Jens, who have been making custom knives since 1989, finally found a way to democratize their creations. The philosophy: 'Danish design, American spirit'.
