Born on Kickstarter, the brand has established itself through functional minimalist design, recycled materials and responsible production. From urban backpacks to magnetic phone mounts, every product is designed to simplify life for people on the move.

Founded in 2010 by Peter Dering after a trip around the world where he learned that carrying a big camera kind of sucked. He quit his job, designed a better way to carry a camera, and launched it on Kickstarter. It was a hit. Since then, Peak Design has used crowdfunding to bring products to life on their own terms—no investors, no interference. Based in a repurposed can factory in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood.
